Role of Away From Home Pipe Burst Pros

Away From Home Pipe Burst Pros operates as an advertising and referral business for burst pipe while away cleanup and other water damage restoration in the United States. When someone phones (888) 926-4485, the call is handed to an independent restoration company serving the caller's area.

The business does not itself extract water, dry structures, demolish materials, do plumbing or perform any restoration work, and it is not a contractor. Restoration companies may compensate it for calls it sends their way.

Separate Companies

The restoration companies that take these calls are independent businesses. Each sets its own rates, methods, calendars and contract terms. Away From Home Pipe Burst Pros has no authority over their staff or their work, and any deal for services is strictly between the caller and the company.

Contractor license and insurance rules differ from state to state. Ask the company directly for its license details, proof of insurance and written terms before agreeing to any work.

No Promises and No Professional Advice

Content on burstpipewhileaway.info is general water damage information offered as is, without warranties of any kind. Away From Home Pipe Burst Pros does not promise that any company will be free to help, arrive quickly, charge a certain price or deliver a certain quality of work.

The website does not give legal, insurance, engineering, electrical or plumbing advice. Questions about a particular house or policy belong with a qualified professional.

Coverage and Claims

Whether an insurance policy pays for a loss, including damage to a house that sat vacant or unoccupied, is for the issuing insurer alone to decide. The website offers no assurance of coverage, claim approval or payment, so take coverage questions to the insurer.
